Maksudul Islam is the founding partner at Odin. Maksud brings a wealth of experience in Knowledge and Business Process Outsourcing (KPO & BPO), both from the Client and the provider's sides.
Maksud spent almost a decade working in the financial services sectors in New York. While in New York, he developed and managed large offshore teams in India to execute high profile transactions for global clients such as JP Morgan, Google, Citigroup and Barclays. He also worked with the providers in India to support them with hands-on technical and leadership training as well as work-flow process development to improve efficiency.
During his time in New York, Maksud worked for global companies such as Ernst & Young in the Company’s transaction Advisory Services group. He also worked at Capitas Group International, a global leader in Islamic finance, and now a part of Islamic Development Bank (IDB). Maksud began his professional career with Blackheath financial, an advisor to Wall Street investment banks and fund managers.
Maksud completed his bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College in Pennsylvania, double majoring in Economics and Physics.
